Terms & Conditions:
  1. OCBC 84th Anniverasary program (“Program”) is valid for OCBC New Customer and OCBC Existing Customer.
  2. New Customers are required to enter the promo code OCBC84.
  3. Program is valid for period 1 April – 31 May 2025 (“Program Period”) or while stock last.
  4. Customers are required to registered to:
    • Nyala or Nyala Payroll; OR
    • Nyala Bisnis Individual or Nyala Woman SME
    • Nyala Staff
  5. Not applicable for:
    • Premier/Private Banking Customers;
    • Premier/Private Banking Customer who change service to Nyala;
    • Nyala Customer who out/in Nyala services.
  6. New customers will immediately get the highest level (Nyala Master) in the month of account opening. The calculation of eligibility in the month of account opening is by comparing the average balance in the month of account opening with the average balance before opening the account. If there is an increase in funds from fresh funds of at least IDR 5,000,000, then Customers are eligible to get rewards. Reward payments will be made in the following month after the month of account opening.
  7. Nyala service level adjustment occurs on the 3rd of each month according to the Average Combined Balance from the previous month.

    Example: In March 2025, Customer B Average Combined Balance is IDR 25,750,000. So, on April 3, 2025, Nyala Customer B service is Nyala Pro.

  8. Funds and product placement must originate from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
  9. Customer are required to follow Save scheme before participating in other Program schemes.
  10. Customers can only get 1(one) time reward from each scheme every month.
  11. Customer rewards will be credited in the 4th week of following month during Program Period.

    Example: If Customer A are in Fit level Nyala Service in March and Pro level Nyala Service in April with a minimum fresh fund top up IDR 5,000,000, then the Customer is entitled to receive a reward of IDR 84,000 from the Save scheme in the 4th week of May 2025.

  12. The form of Reward credited to the Customer will be adjusted to the following product type:
    • Rewards will be credited in the form of cashback for Tanda 360 Plus IDR/Giro Rupiah products.
    • Reward will be credited in the form of Poinseru for Tanda iB product.
    • Reward will be credited in the form of Gold Savings balance for Gold Savings product.
  13. Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank.
  14. This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs.
  15. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

  17. OCBC has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
  18. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  19. If Terms and Conditions of this Program are translated into another language, then if there is a discrepancy or conflict between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, then the Indonesian text will prevail.
