Terms and Condition Program Menabung
- The terms and conditions for cash rewards that will be given to customers who open an OCBC account follow the scheme and rewards above and are received net by the customer.
- The above program applies to opening a Tanda 360 Plus Digital/Tanda 360 Plus Savings account for NTB (New to Bank) Customers & NTB Reactivation Customers (specifically for the IDR 5 Million AUM scheme, it must be bundled with a deposit product placement with a minimum of IDR 5,000,000 for a 3-month tenor).
- New customers (NTB) are declared eligible if they have:
- Successfully opened an account.
- Has met the AUM requirement specified above.
- The AUM position at the end of the month the account was opened, or at the latest by the end of the following month (M+1), meets the above requirements.
- New customers (NTB) Nyala customers with AUM of IDR 5 million will be eligible if they successfully open an account and place a deposit with a minimum monthly deposit of IDR 5,000,000 for a 3-month term on OCBC Mobile in the month the account was opened or at the latest by the end of the following month (M+1).
- New customers (NTB) provisions follow applicable Bank provisions:
- New CIF customers in 2026.
- New customers (NTB) Acquisition Reactivation of Existing CIF Customers with the following CIF conditions as of December 31, 2025:
- Existing CIFs who do not have a savings account
- Existing CIFs who have a savings account, but it is dormant and has a zero balance

Transaction Program Terms and Conditions
- Applicable to Education Community customers (Principal/Partner) who have signed a partnership agreement with the Education Community.
- Applicable to new customers (NTB) from Education Community members.
- New customer requirements (NTB) follow those outlined in the previous point.
- Principals must have an OCBC checking account and OCBC merchant/payment facilities: EDC, QRIS, and/or Virtual Account.
- Cashback applies to customer accounts tagged with the promotional code EDU## (EDU = Education Community identifier, ## = specified sequence number).
- Cash rewards will be credited to customers no later than the fourth week of the following month after eligibility verification.
